Counselling: Professional guidance to resolve personal or psychological challenges, focuses on current issues. It is wholistic in its nature and focuses on multiple aspects that could have impacted the current presenting state of the client.
Psychotherapy: In-depth talk therapy to explore and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, often linked to past experiences.
